Letters and Redaction

les lettres and redaction.

Dear Faculty of Invisibility

Last week a meeting took place with one day nation where we spoke about the potential impact of the open letters. This tuesday we sat together again,  Paul, Selina, Matthias, Ingela, Vova, Sönke and I speaking about how to deal with the letter invitation, the possibility of creating a newspaper and how we perceive the remote state of the faculty.

Dear Inga,

The silence following the Speech lasted for about a month and a half.
We believe no one has left and to prolong the conversation, this
collective silence might be the most sensible manifestation of our
trust in the secrets we are sharing.
Yes, invisible things have been revealed during the days we had in
Maastricht. Yes, forces have gone through us. – This, as a compliment

Editorial

Dear Editors.

An editorial letter is written by the editor in chief beforehand to an issue yet and ever to come. It sketches the approach the newspaper wants to take. It is witty, inviting and provoking. It is sent next to a request for an explicit contribution to invited contributors.

Dear Editors

Here is the editorial that we are writing, here we approach our newspaper. It is positive.
We are learning, we are reading, we are haunting, we are doubt, we are survival, we are post-autonomy, we are common spaces,we are symbiosis, we are play, we are second generation cultural Gastarbeiter, we are practice, we are amateur sportsmanship, we are speech genres, we are real cool, we are uncertainty, we are OneDayNation and Roe Cherpac, as much as we constitute each others.

Chat-history Newspaper

This is a chat-history between Haunting and Practice, December 14th, slightly edited:

the building is determined by its usage, so impossible to agree on the building, no contract.

paul gangloff 12/14/06 3:51 PM
can you be more precise?

Inga Zimprich 12/14/06 3:51 PM
how does that relate to the editing process. we'd have to rely on people entering, using, changing, reading, browsing, dropping or leaving something.
