Upon the offer of the Dept. of Speech Genres I took the opportunity in early December to re-iterate as bearded conceptual artist our attitude to speak and to propagate our thoughts on using property. I have spoken about such issues earlier, and I continue to do it at other occasions, most recently in May in Macaraibo, Venezuela.

The tropical climate there made me sweat and my spanish words on using
property freely didn't have much more effect than curious as well as
seriously bored faces.
